When all the dancers are done dancin' who's gonna wanna dance with me who's gonna twirl me who'll wanna lead me and who's gonna count 1, 2, 3 When all the singers are done singin' who's gonna sing me to sleep who's gonna shoo wop and who'll wanna doo wop and who's gonna coo 'doh re me' I'm not a singer a dancer or dreamer but I'll sing and dance to a tune and I'd like to read all the dreams that I had about you When all the writers are done writin' who's gonna write all my wrongs who'll tell the tale of a far far away love and who's gonna write down their dreams I'm not a singer a dancer or dreamer but I'll sing and dance to a tune and I'd like to read all the dreams that I had about you When all the dancers are done dancin' who's gonna wanna dance with me who's gonna twirl me who'll wanna lead me and who's gonna count 1, 2, 3 who's gonna twirl me who'll wanna lead me and who's gonna count 1, 2, 3

Photograph 03:02
On a sunny Sunday morning we took a walk along the pier you were laughing at some silly joke I told the sweetest sound I'll ever hear We made our way down to the harbour and sat a while on Annie's chair Sun like flashbulbs on the water and the wind blowing in your hair I can still hear your sweet, sweet laugh and feel your hand pressed into mine and this will be the only photograph of the years you were mine I can still hear your sweet, sweet laugh and feel your hand pressed into mine and this will be the only photograph of the years you were mine

My lover is far away he's far far away from me now someone must take my place but they won't love him like me My lover was led astray by someone who looks like me never thought I would see the day he could love someone else but me I never thought our love could ever die did you always know forever was a lie & so now my lover is gone he's as far away as the moon and all that is left is a song called 'forever has ended too soon' I never thought tomorrow wouldn't come did you always know forever would end so soon

Dearest Ann 03:17
Dearest Ann, I should write and let her know just how I am. Hope you're well, will it be obvious I'm missing her like hell. How you been? Cause if truth be told I saw you in a dream. Question marks, Cause it's hard to sound excited in a card. Dearest Ann It's hard to write it down What I mean is I love you Please come home Remember me? Do I wanna know or should I let her be? Kind regards, They won't hold you like I could have in my arms. Dearest Ann It's hard to write it down What I mean is I love you Please come home Lots of love Doesn't cut it when you love someone this much And one more thing If I'd have told you how I felt would you have gone Dearest Ann It's hard to write it down What I mean is I love you Please come home

about

Following on from Dalton's exploration of American roots music in her most recent singles, the Dancers & Dreamers presents 4 original compositions in the same vein.

These songs are strongly influenced by her love of country music but still retain the individual voice that was apparent on previous songs like 'He Killed my Best Friend' and 'My Perfect Man'.

Ciara has worked with celebrated established Irish artists, Colin Morris who co-produced the ep with her, singer Miriam Ingrim, and legendary fiddle and mandolin player Paul Kelly (Fleadh Cowboys, Rusty Old Halo, Eleanor Shanley).

These are a collection of songs that explore the themes of love, loss, and longing, with captivating melodies and Ciara's trademark lyrical poeticism.
